Safe sending & pacing
The product is deliberately built to send less than it technically could. Everything here exists to keep your account in the inbox rather than in a review queue.
The core idea
You scale by adding accounts, not by pushing one account harder. That is the whole philosophy, and every limit below follows from it. A single account blasting messages is the fastest route to a restriction, and no clever timing fixes it.
Per-account daily limits
Blue-tick verified
X Premium accounts can safely send meaningfully more
Not verified
Unverified accounts have to stay conservative to avoid flags
Sending windows
A campaign can be restricted to certain hours and days in a timezone you pick. Messages queued outside the window wait until it opens again.
Hours and days
Set a start and end hour, and which days of the week are active. Business hours in your lead's timezone generally beat 3am, for obvious reasons.
Or run 24/7
Tick every day and the full 24 hours if your audience is genuinely global. Midnight as an end hour is treated correctly as end-of-day.
Smart pacing
Smart pacing is on by default and spreads a campaign's sends across the available window with human-like gaps, rather than firing everything the moment it can.
On (recommended)
Sends are distributed and jittered, and the window and daily cap are both respected.
Off
Sends go out as fast as the queue allows, ignoring the window. Occasionally useful for a small, time-critical batch. Not how you should run day to day.
The warm-up ramp
Every newly connected account runs at half of every cap for its first 14 days before stepping up. This applies to DMs, follows, likes, retweets, and replies alike. It is automatic and cannot be skipped — a new account behaving like an established one is the single most obvious bot signal there is. More in account warm-up.
What stops a send automatically
A reply
Any reply halts the rest of that lead's follow-up sequence immediately. Nobody gets bumped after they have answered.
Do-Not-Contact
Your DNC list is applied when a campaign launches and enforced continuously for Live triggers. Marking someone Not interested in the Reply Tracker adds them automatically.
An account over your plan limit
Accounts beyond your plan's allowance go inactive and the engine will not send from them.
A lapsed subscription or exhausted trial
Campaigns auto-pause rather than failing silently, and resume when billing is back in good standing.
Practical guidance
Start below the cap on a new account. Nothing is gained by running at the maximum from day one.
Keep one campaign per account running at a time to begin with — several campaigns share the same daily budget and will starve one another.
If reply rates fall while volume is constant, the message is the problem, not the pacing. Sending more will make it worse.
Need more volume? Add an account. That is the supported path, and it is why plans are priced per account.
Built to keep sending tomorrow
Conservative by design, so your accounts stay healthy while the pipeline fills.
