Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and AmplifyX Tech (OPC) Private Limited ("we"), which runs XAutoDM. By creating an account or using the app at app.xautodm.com, the API or this website, you agree to them. If you use XAutoDM for a company, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.

You must be at least 18 to use XAutoDM.

XAutoDM connects to X accounts you control and, on your instructions, finds leads, sends direct messages and follow-ups, follows and unfollows accounts, likes posts, and shows you the replies. We perform these actions through a third-party X integration provider, not through X's official API.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by X Corp.

You may only connect X accounts that you own or are authorised to operate. You are responsible for what is sent from them.

Automating actions on X can go against X's own rules, and X can limit, lock or suspend any account at any time. We pace every account under conservative daily limits to reduce that risk, but we cannot guarantee that an account will never be restricted, and we are not liable if X restricts or suspends one.

You agree not to use XAutoDM to:

• send spam, scams, phishing, malware, or messages that impersonate someone else;
• harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or keep messaging someone who has asked you to stop;
• send anything illegal, including content that breaks advertising, consumer protection or data protection law where you or the recipient live;
• collect data about people for surveillance, profiling of protected characteristics, or resale as a list;
• get around our sending limits, resell access to XAutoDM without our written agreement, or attempt to break into or overload our systems.

If you break these rules we may pause campaigns, suspend or close your account, and we may do so without notice where needed to stop harm.

Your lead lists, messages and campaigns belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people you message and for honouring opt-outs. Use the Do-Not-Contact list for anyone who asks not to be contacted again.

Paid plans are priced per connected X account, billed monthly or yearly in advance through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may include tax.

A free account lets you explore the app, but scraping leads and sending DMs require a paid plan. Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of credits used for scraping and certain actions. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credits bought as top-up packs do not expire while your account is open.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If a payment fails, sending pauses until the plan is renewed.

We may change prices. A change will never apply to a period you have already paid for, and we will email you before it applies to your next renewal.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy at xautodm.com/refund, which includes a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription plans.

If you use the XAutoDM API, keep your API key secret. You are responsible for all usage made with your key, and these terms apply to everything you do through the API.

We work to keep XAutoDM running, but it depends on X and on third-party providers outside our control, so we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or that any feature will keep working if X changes. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something central to a plan you paid for, you can ask for a pro-rated refund for the unused time.

We do not promise any particular number of replies, booked calls or sales. Results depend on your offer, your audience and your messages.

XAutoDM is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or the restriction or suspension of an X account. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using XAutoDM and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service; if we stop the service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund any unused prepaid time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
