Is there an n8n Twitter scraper node?

XAutoDM doesn't ship a dedicated n8n node. You use the built-in HTTP Request node, which works with any REST API, so the setup runs on any n8n version that has that node.

How do I scrape Twitter in n8n?

Create a Header Auth credential with your API key, add an HTTP Request node that calls the followers endpoint for the handle you want, and handle the cursor for pagination. The profiles come back as JSON in data.users.

Do I need an X account or the official X API?

No. Reading followers, profiles and tweets needs only your XAutoDM key. You connect an X account only for DMs and actions such as follow and like.

What does it cost to scrape Twitter in n8n?

Credits, charged on success. A follower profile is 5 credits, and 100,000 credits cost $1 one-time, so 1,000 followers is 5,000 credits. Monthly plans start at $19 and give 50% more credits per dollar.

Can I send DMs from n8n too?

Yes. The same HTTP Request node can call the send DM endpoint from a connected account. Test keys return sample data without sending anything, so you can build the flow first.

Scrape Twitter in n8n with one HTTP Request node

You can pull X data into n8n with its built-in HTTP Request node. XAutoDM has no dedicated n8n node and doesn't need one, because the API is a plain REST call. The request above returns the followers of any public account as JSON, ready for a Split Out node and then a sheet, a CRM or a Slack message.

How it works

Step 1

Add a credential

In n8n, create a Header Auth credential. Name it Authorization and set the value to Bearer followed by your key. Keep the key in the credential, not in the node.

Step 2

Add the HTTP Request node

Set the method to GET and the URL to the followers endpoint, or use Import cURL and paste the request shown above. The response puts the profiles in data.users.

Step 3

Turn on pagination

In the node's options, add Pagination, send the cursor from the previous response as the cursor query parameter, and stop when data.cursor is empty. Check the option names against your n8n version.

Step 4

Split the list and send it on

Add a Split Out node on data.users, then append each row to Google Sheets, your CRM or a Slack message. Put a Schedule Trigger in front of it to refresh the list every night.
