Definition
Twitter/X offers two primary ways to view your timeline: 'For You' and 'Following'. The 'For You' feed (previously called 'Home') is algorithmically curated, showing tweets the platform thinks you'll find interesting, including recommended content from accounts you don't follow. The 'Following' feed (previously called 'Latest') displays tweets from accounts you follow in reverse chronological order, showing the most recent tweets first. Users can switch between these two tabs at the top of their timeline to choose how they want to consume content on the platform.
