We build a competing tool, so read this as informed rather than neutral. The upside: we have run the same motion Xreacher sells, on the same platform, against the same limits. Where they are better than us, this says so.
Pricing and plan names below were checked against xreacher.com in August 2026. They have changed twice in a year, so verify before you buy.
What xreacher does
Xreacher is cold outreach software for X, and since its last relaunch also for LinkedIn and Telegram. You connect an account, build a prospect list, write a sequence, and it drips messages out with follow-ups. There is an AI reply layer, a lead scraper, and at the higher tier a unified inbox across all connected accounts.
Nothing about the category is exotic. Every tool here, ours included, does roughly these four things. What separates them is where the leads come from, how the sending is paced, where replies land, and what happens when you add a second account.
Pricing
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Pro | $67/mo | 1 account, follow-ups, AI chatbot, personalization, lead scraper |
| Scale | $299/mo | Up to 100 accounts, unified inbox, account-level sending logic, follow/unfollow |
| Done For You | Custom | They set up and warm the accounts, write scripts, run campaigns |
Yearly is advertised at 50% off. There is a 7-day free trial and no free tier.
Seats split across X, LinkedIn and Telegram, which is useful if you run more than one channel and do not want three subscriptions.
Where they beat us on price, plainly: Scale is $299 for up to 100 accounts, while our Agency plan is $299 for 20. If your model is many accounts at low volume each, they are cheaper per account by a wide margin. Take that seriously.
The $67 entry stings because it covers one account. Cold outreach on X is constrained per account, not per tool, so one account has a hard ceiling no software removes. Most people who are serious end up needing more accounts, and the real decision is the jump from $67 to $299, not the $67 itself.
The volume claims are the thing to look at hardest
Their marketing leads with "Sending 10,000 DMs Per Day", "450 DMs per day" per account, and "100% safe, accounts stay protected".
Those three claims can't all be true at once, and the middle one is where it breaks.
X publishes a ceiling of 500 DMs a day. A ceiling is not a sustainable rate. Across accounts we run outreach on, the rate that holds without tripping a restriction is roughly 30 a day on a verified account and about 7 on an unverified one. That is not a limitation of any particular tool. It is X deciding your account looks automated, and it applies the same whoever sends the messages.
So 450 a day from one account is quoting the ceiling. You can do it. You won't do it for long. And "100% safe" is a promise no vendor can make, including us, because the thing at risk is your account and the rules are set by a company that changes them without notice.
The 10,000-a-day figure resolves once you read it against the plan table: it is 100 accounts running in parallel. That is honest arithmetic sold as a headline, and it is worth sitting with, because the real cost of high-volume X outreach is accounts, not software. Whichever tool you pick, that is the line item that grows.
Their dashboard also shows an "8.2%" reply rate. Treat any vendor-published reply rate as a screenshot of somebody's good campaign. Reply rate depends on your list and your offer far more than your tool.
Who xreacher is genuinely right for
- If you run many accounts at modest volume each, the Scale tier is priced for that and we are not.
- If you want X, LinkedIn and Telegram in one subscription, we only do X.
- If you want it run for you, their Done For You tier is a real service and we do not sell one.
Who it is wrong for
- If you have one account and expect volume to be the lever, it won't be. The constraint is the account.
- If you want the tool to source the leads: the scraper exists, but if list building is your bottleneck, evaluate that part specifically rather than the sequence builder.
- If you need a free tier to test, there isn't one anymore. There's a 7-day trial.
How we differ, since you are on our site
We sell one thing: X cold DMs that book calls. Lead sourcing and sending are one system, so you filter to people who can receive a DM before you spend a send on them. Follow-ups stop the moment someone replies. Replies land in a pipeline with stages and notes instead of X's native inbox.
Pricing is per connected account: $29 for one, then $125 for five, $199 for ten, $299 for twenty. There is a free Test plan and no card required.
We cost more per account than their Scale tier, and we do not do LinkedIn, Telegram, or done-for-you. If you need any of those, they are the better buy and this is the wrong site for you.
How to compare any tool in this category
Ignore advertised send volume. It gets promoted the hardest and tells you the least, because X imposes that limit on your account, not the software. Ask instead:
- Where does the lead list come from, and can the tool build it or do you arrive with a CSV?
- Does it filter to people who can actually receive a DM before sending?
- Do follow-ups stop automatically when someone replies?
- Where do replies land, and can you work them?
- How does the tool enforce pacing, and can you turn it off (you should not want to)?
The same five questions applied to another tool are in our DMPro review, and the Drippi vs Xreacher comparison runs the head-to-head if those two are your shortlist.
Frequently asked questions
How much does xreacher cost in 2026?
Pro is $67 a month for one connected account. Scale is $299 a month for up to 100 accounts. Done For You is custom-priced. Yearly is advertised at 50% off, and there is a 7-day free trial with no free tier. Older reviews still quoting a $19 Mini plan, a $57 Starter plan or a Free Forever plan are out of date, including an earlier version of this page.
Is any X DM tool safe for my account?
No vendor can promise this. Treat it as a warning sign when one does. X changes its thresholds without notice, and the account carrying the risk is yours. What a tool can reasonably do is default to a conservative rate, spread sends across the day instead of bursting, and stop when something looks wrong. Judge tools on those behaviours, not on a safety claim.
How many DMs a day can I actually send?
Far fewer than the published ceiling. X publishes 500 a day. From what we measure across accounts running outreach, the rate that holds without triggering a restriction is roughly 30 a day on a verified account and 7 on an unverified one. Any tool advertising hundreds a day from a single account is quoting the ceiling, not a sustainable rate. Our DM limit calculator works out a starting rate and a ramp for a specific account, and why account age changes your DM limit explains what drives the number.
Does xreacher work for LinkedIn and Telegram?
Yes. Seats split across X, LinkedIn and Telegram on the same subscription, which is a real advantage if you run more than one channel. We only do X.
What is the best xreacher alternative?
It depends on which part you are replacing. For many accounts at low volume, their own Scale tier is hard to beat on price. If you want X specifically, with lead sourcing and sending in one system and replies tracked in a pipeline, that is what we built. For a broader survey, see the best X DM automation tools.
