Scrape followers

Returns a page of follower profiles. Filter on can_dm to keep only DM-able users before you spend credits sending.

• GET /v1/tweets/{id}/retweeters & /replies — engagers of a specific tweet.

• GET /v1/lists/{id}/members — members of an X List.

Pagination

Responses include a cursor when more results exist. Pass it back as ?cursor= to fetch the next page; stop when cursor is null.
